Jim Kelly

Mr. Kelly launched HedgeServ in 2007. Prior to that he was CEO and founder of International Fund Services (IFS), a global leader in hedge fund administration. Before creating IFS, Mr. Kelly was President of Moore Capital Management. Mr. Kelly began his career at KPMG. He earned a BS in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University. He is a CPA.

Bob Aaron

Mr. Aaron has over 30 years of experience in trading operations and risk management, asset allocation and investment accounting. He is a recognized expert in the hedge fund industry and has published numerous articles. Prior to co-founding HedgeServ, Mr. Aaron served as Chairman of the Board for the Managed Funds Association from October 2004 through September 2006. He was a member of MFA’s board from 1996-2000 and from 2002-2006. Previously, he was CEO of DPM Mellon, a hedge fund administrator. He founded DPM LLC, the company’s predecessor, in 1994. He has also served as President of Tricon and as Vice President of Commodities Corporation. He began his career at Arthur Young & Co. Mr. Aaron earned a BS in Accounting from Fordham University. He is a CPA.

Gene Mannella

Prior to co-founding HedgeServ, Mr. Mannella served as President of IFS from 1993 to 2005, and later served as a consultant to the company. He worked for seven years at Lehman Brothers where he was CFO and CAO for Lehman Brothers Capital Management. Mr. Mannella began his career at KPMG Peat Marwick. He earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, both from Fordham University. He is a CPA.
